Office Administrator/Receptionist
Front Office Assistant
Looking for an Office Assistant to help with data entry and office tasks, filing, sorting, organizing, etc.

Must be extremely detail oriented
Confidentiality is required in this position.
Must be computer literate and able to google, open programs, print, create, save files.
Smart, Quick learner, Self sufficient, Self Starter
High school graduate preferred
Ability to stand for periods up to 8hrs when working with customers in our retail store or warehouse.
Microsoft Excel experience preferred but not required if you are quick learner on computers.
Able to perform basic functions like add, subtract, multiply/divide, sort and filter in Excel.
This position will be required to fill in & to work on the retail sales floor or back warehouse. Which requires standing for long periods of time during peak days/events. This includes selling, stocking, and running a cash register. As well as, be able to lift 25lb-40lb boxes as needed.
