SalaryGreen Mango Pest Control is hiring for an entry level Office Assistant position.

Monday - Friday Day shift
Primary tasks include:
Promotional Packet Management:
● Prepare promotional packets for Green Mango technicians.
● Print chemical cards daily for Green Mango packets.
Company Store Operations:
Manage register operations and ensure that drinks and snacks are stocked.
Restock vending machine as needed.
New Hire Support:
Assist in preparing uniforms and inputting information for new hire technicians across all companies.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage unused folders and maintain accurate records of technician folder distribution.
Prepare initial folders and contracts for the next day's customers.
Upload signed contracts into pest routes.
Operate copier/printer and perform minor troubleshooting as needed.
Excellent attendance and a friendly and cooperative approach to work will be key. Must be able to multi task and adhere to deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Mac iOS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
