- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records

- Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience in calendar management
- Knowledge of general office management procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
- Knowledge of construction industy, a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with file organization and record keeping systems
- Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple incoming calls
