Office Assistant
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.
- Transcribe notes and dictations accurately and efficiently.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an Office Assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
