Office Assistant Job Description:
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet customers and help facilitate their needs & requests as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Transcribe, format, proofread, and edit documents from handwritten drafts or dictation
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records ( Accounts Payable | Receivable)
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office filing systems
Experience:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Scheduling appointments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures (QuickBooks | E-Mail)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
