Floyd' Auto Sales has been in business for over 40 years. We are an used cardealership in Forest Lake, MN looking for a motivated individual to add to our team as an Office Assistant!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and transcribing documents
- Perform clerical duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
