SalaryRestaurant in Bay St Louis seeking a Day time Office Assistant. Competitive pay based on experience. Organization and attention to detail is required. We are seeking passionate individuals who are efficient, organized, and are team players. Experience is preferred but willing to train anyone willing to learn.
- Take reservations over the phone, answer general phone call questions, take messages for management.
- Maintain a clean and tidy office.
- Let patrons know of wait times while adding them to the wait list and contact them as a table becomes available.
- Exude an upscale and pleasing attitude when speaking with guests.
- Communicate with management on day to day tasks and issues that arise.
- Answer questions about the food and beverage menus, as needed.
- Maintain online reservations and seating charts to maximize guests and allow for best possible experience.
- Light bookkeeping and filing.
- Maintain office inventory.
- Understand the needs of guests and their correlating reservations.
- Assist management with daily tasks and errands that arise.
