We are seeking an Office Assistant with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will assist a team of individuals from the office to the Service Department in their day-to-day operations. This is a full time position split between our Office and our Service department. If you like variety this is the job for you. This position is Monday through Friday. Hours can vary but you must work until 6pm on Monday, 7pm Tuesday through Thursday and Friday until 5pm.

Responsibilities
Service Department
- Greet customers on the phone and in person in the Service Department
- Cash out customers after their vehicle is complete
Office
- Process warranties, refunds working closely with the Finance Department
- Some Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
- Accounting work such as bank deposit, balancing schedules and various duites throughout the day
Qualifications
- Tekion or windows base database knowledge is a plus
- Microsoft Excel experience is a plus
- A friendly, professional, and efficient attitude
- Professional personal appearance
