Taurus Protection Inc. is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for a well-establish security company in Santa Barbara. The Administrative Assistant ensures that the administrative operations of the Office run smoothly and efficiently by supporting the Management and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, direct call and respond to e-mail inquires
- Schedule appointments
- Enter employee time cards
- Provide unwavering customer service to a diverse customer base
- Provide administrative support including data entry, general office tasks, correspondence and follow-up
- Contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various task as required
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant work experience in administration
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Consistent, professional dress and manner
