SalaryPrompt and Present - Work hours are Monday thru Friday - 8AM to 5PM. Although the hours are flexible, nothing can be done if not present and on time. Personal responsibility for attendance and promptness is required of everyone.
Data Entry - QuickBooks, Invoicing Sales Orders, Daily Balancing of COD and NET Sales, Receiving Purchase Orders and Vendor Bills into QuickBooks and Processing Vendor Payments. Includes running weekly and monthly reports. Excel Spreadsheet, Entering Driver Mileage & Gas Receipts, Monthly Data Entry of Sales for Sales Tax Reports, etc...
Customer Service - Constant interaction with Co-Workers and Customers. Communication via Person to Person, Phone, and Email. Excellent communication skills required. Ability to listen and comprehend a must. First impressions matter.
