The OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR will be instrumental in servicing our guests via phone, obtaining key reservation information, and appropriately communicating with our service team. This position will also provide administrative support to our operations team.Weekend availability is a must. Office hours of operations is 9am-9pm.
Essential Functions : Must be willing and able to: Book reservations in accordance with Echo and Rig guidelines to ensures optimal seating of the restaurant, maintaining the highest level of guest service, and ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience for each and every guest Accurately enter all of guest's information into OpenTable, and constantly update guest's profiles Calling to confirm all non-contract large party reservation prior to service, as well as confirming every and all reservations for holidays. Collect and input any group dining or private dining inquiries into TripleSeat program. Prepare and distribute daily reservation reports to culinary and restaurant leadership Track stocks of office supplies, and reshelve as orders arrive Assist with data entry Assist with miscellaneous Operations tasks such as cutting paper chits and menus, folding napkins and/or polishing silverware as needed.
