Job Description
Extreme Commercial Concrete is looking for a responsible Construction Office Administrator and Accounting clerk to assist with daily office needs and managing administrative duties. This position will work directly with the Office Manager to assist with various administrative and Accounting tasks and maintain workflow to support Field Operations. Construction office experience is required.
General Duties:
- Purchasing and processing vendor invoices
- Weekly Payroll
- Data Entry/Payroll Entry
- Call Management
- Produce and Maintain Project Records
- Filing and general office duties
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years construction administrative experience
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks Enterprise
- Notary Public a plus
- Bilingual a plus
