We are looking for a general Office Administrator for our Nevada location, with great work ethic and a friendly attitude. General Office Administrator will greet people that come to the office and do general administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Do general administrative/clerical tasks.
Coordinate with Accounting and Credit departments.
Accept applications for positions we are hiring for.
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper functioning of office equipment.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
High degree of attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Having your Nevada Notary is a plus.
