The Position

The Office Administrator provides high-level administrative support to members of the executive leadership team to conserve time and ensure they efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Report Preparation
• Travel Arrangement
• Accounts Payable
• General Administrative Responsibilities and Problem Solving
• Event Planning
• Special Projects

Qualifications

Candidates must show a high attention to detail and have excellent problem solving skills.
