- Provide administrative support to management, sales and shop staff as required.
- Track and update shop/field work status for customers and management.
- Source and place job related orders. Track schedule of deliveries.
- Efficient operation of company ERP software as directed.
- Prepare Excel and Word documents as needed.
- Initiate and transmit invoices to customers.
- Initiate calls to customers regarding late payments.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, courier and deliveries.
- Inventory and maintain office supplies and materials.
- Receive and screen incoming calls, assess the nature and answer or direct to appropriate recipient.
- Fleet management including maintenance scheduling and vehicle tracking
- Data entry and support of Company’s inventory management.
- Office duties as required.
- Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Must be motivated and a self-starter.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instruction.
- Proficiency in business math.
- 2-3 years of verifiable office experience.
- Safety oriented
- Ability to work legally in the U.S
- Ability to pass background search.
