Role and Responsibilities: As an Entry-Level Office Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in the execution of our diverse projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support: Perform general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing phone calls. Collaborate with Project Managers to assist in project planning, organization, and execution. Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Scheduling: Learn the ropes of project scheduling by assisting in developing and maintaining project timelines.
- Communication: Gain valuable communication skills as you interact with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Logistics: Get hands-on experience in coordinating resources, materials, and equipment for smooth project operations.
- Documentation: Learn the importance of accurate record-keeping as you assist in maintaining project documentation.
- Problem Solving: Develop a proactive mindset by identifying challenges and contributing to solutions.

Qualifications:We're seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (relevant coursework or certifications are a plus).

- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and project support.
- Language: Bilingual Spanish speaking is highly preferred
