Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
2.Front Desk Management:
- Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
3. Office Supplies and Equipment:
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
4. Travel Arrangements:
- Assist in making travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Ensure travel itineraries are communicated and organized.
5. Event Coordination:
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
- Organize team-building activities and celebrations.
6. Records Management:
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
7. Communication and Correspondence:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
- Distribute communications to the appropriate individuals or departments.
8. Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office.
- Implement safety measures and emergency procedures.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
