Rimble Landscaping is expanding our team and hiring an Office Administratorto help facilitate our growth in our industry. If you have excellent communication, people skills, and a strong background in organization with a focus on customer service as well as system-based, detail-oriented thinking, you could be the perfect fit for this position.

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Office Manager this position is responsible for office and administrative support for the company, mainly providing information about our services to our Customers or potential Customers. This position will most likely be the first person our customers speak to regarding our services. This person will obtain information from our potential customers and then quote them pricing per company guidelines with the goal of converting this interaction to a sale. This position may also perform duties such as data entry, creating other estimates, handling customer complaints, scheduling of work, cancellations, billing and account questions, sales, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information dealing with Customers. Deals with internal team members at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.

 

Required Work Education, Experience, and Skills

  • High School Diploma
  • One (1) year of administrative experience
  • One (1) year of customer service experience
  • One (1) year of sales experience, including quotes and estimates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in CRM Software
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills and etiquette
  • Clear and effective communicator both verbal and written
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Ability to manage and handle frequent interruptions in workflow, while reprioritizing when necessary
  • Tech savvy and a quick learner
  • Meticulous about ensuring that numbers and other data are correct, and tasks are completed on time and accurately
  • High Energy and dynamic personality
  • Professional, detail oriented, organized, team player, flexible, and dependable
  • Self-motivated, independent, needing little supervision, high initiative, and drive
  • Understands that while process and rigor are important, a human approach, common sense, trust, and follow through are at the core of the Company’s values
  • English fluency – reading, writing, and speaking

 

Bonus Points for You if You Have These

  • Experience in a Lawn Services, Landscaping Company, or other service company
  • Expert in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Program
  • Proficiency with Google Docs
  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish
