```Duties```
- Perform general secretarial duties including answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to customer needs.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives.
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics.
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries or complaints.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
```Skills```
- Proficient in typing and data entry.
- Familiarity with computerized systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
