- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

- Utilize expertise in Lettershop processes to coordinate and oversee the execution of direct mail campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline Lettershop workflows and optimize project efficiency.
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate and align with project requirements.
- Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to clients on the status of their Lettershop projects.
- Proactively identify and address issues related to Lettershop projects, working collaboratively with production and logistics teams to find effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, order specifications, and project details.
- Generate regular reports on Lettershop project status, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with exposure to Lettershop operations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in order processing and tracking systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with direct mail industry standards and best practices.
