Data Entry Office Admin

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Admin to join our team. As a Data Entry Admin, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems such as *QuickBooks Desktop* * REQUIRED* This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data, so attention to detail is essential. If you have excellent organizational skills and enjoy working with data, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Enter data into our systems such as QuickBooks/Procore accurately and efficiently

- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system

- Update and maintain databases with new information as needed

- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity

- Retrieve data from various sources and transcribe it accurately

- Create reports and summaries based on collected data

- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Experience:

- Previous experience in Data Entry or a similar role preferred

- Proficiency in Quickbooks Desktop, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required

- Familiarity with pivot tables is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
