Office Admin/ Receptionist (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Pasadena 77507
Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $18.00-$22.00/ hour DOE
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Experience with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to operate phone systems and handle calls professionally.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
