Job Description
  • Addressing employee quires regarding office management issues.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Order & maintain office supplies and company assets, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Communication with CPA firm
  • Pick up and distribute incoming mails and other materials to the appropriate team.
  • Greeting visitors, vendors and directing the to the right department
  • Check the usage of taxi, Airline tickets, FedEx and make payments.
  • Research and plan for quarterly CSR activities as well as organize company internal/external events, and send out announcements and research data.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field
  • 1~2 years of administrative and accounting experience
  • Organizational Skills
  • Great Social and Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
  • Customer and Personnel Service
  • Computer Efficient (MS Office Skills)
  • Bilingual (English, Korean) preferred
