Front Desk Receptionist for Busy OB/GYN Clinic

(Westover Hills area)

We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We are looking for a candidate with excellent multitasking skills, takes initiative to learn more, treat each patient and staff member with compassion all while being a superior team player! Responsibilities: Greets Patients and Visitors Check in and out patients Schedule and/or Reschedule appointments Update patient demographics Provide doctor notes Apply charges and payments into EMR system Balance credit card payment totals and batch out credit card terminal Verify patient insurance, eligibility and coverage Manage emails from patients Assign fax documents to the appropriate staff member Manage ROI/ medical record requests Manage patient portal messages as assigned Tidy the waiting area and maintain a clean work environment Health screen each patient during check-in for COVID precautionary measures Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front Desk Receptionist position in an OB/GYN setting. Experience with Athena is a plus! Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! COVID-19 considerations: To keep our patients and staff members safe, we are screening each patient for symptoms, performing temperature checks and limiting visitors entering our premises.

Pay: $14.00 - $40.00 per hour
