OB/GYN Outside Sales Representative D/FW area

Medicos is expanding into the OB/GYN market with a unique product for women in their 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy. This is an Outside Sales position reporting to the sales manager. The individual in this role is expected to establish and expand a referral network with OB/GYN physicians and clinical staff. We are looking for a highly personable sales professional who is comfortable prospecting and interacting with medical professionals and patients. Our ideal candidate is a high energy self-starter who thrives on customer engagement and building relationships.

Medicos is a 50-year-old medical device/home medical equipment company serving Dallas/Ft. Worth and North Texas.

This is an outstanding opportunity within medical device sales.

Responsibilities:

• Daily in-person prospecting of OB/GYN offices in D/FW area.
• In-person sales presentations to medical professionals.
• Attaining monthly & quarterly sales objectives.
• Develop relationships and prospect follow-up.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, impactful, and effective manner.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable in an incentive-based compensation environment.
• Proven track record of sales success
• Experience in prospecting and cold calling in a professional environment.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong time management and territory management skills a must.
• Proficient computer skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Background check
• No overnight travel.
• MUST RESIDE IN TEXAS.

Compensation: Base Salary & Commission

$60,000 + Expected first year earnings

• Base Salary $30,000 / year
• No cap on commission income
• 6-month commission guarantee
