The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks to fill a hospitalist position in its Ob/Gyn Generalist Division. Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and providing evidence-based clinical care. Principal clinical assignment will be to provide clinical Obstetrical coverage at Parkland Hospital, and to provide teaching and mentoring to our students, residents and fellows. The remainder of the assignment will be dedicated to teaching and academic functions. Consideration may be given to applicants seeking less than a full-time schedule.
Candidates must have an M.D. degree; completed an accredited internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology; and be eligible for Texas licensure.
