We are a Christian based, well-established eco-friendly Nuisance Animal Control Family Business that has been operating in California since 2010. We are well respected as the original Eco-friendly Nuisance Wildlife Exclusion & Home Repairs Experts in Big Bear and surrounding areas. Our business is based on ethics, respect, and appreciation of all animals. We are not exterminators like typical Pest Control Companies. We have a No Harm Policy. We deal with Mammals, Birds, and Snakes primarily.
About You:
We are seeking a long term Manager that is a go-getter, compassionate, committed, smart, trustworthy, professional, and reliable, to manage our team of Nuisance Wildlife Removal Specialists. We offer a full-time position to the right candidate. Starting at $680 per week. 8hr shift Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. Those with Phone Sales, Customer Service, Dispatch, CRM, QuickBooks, Accounting, Budgets, Marketing, Computers, Construction, Pest Control, Biology, and Animal Sciences experience are encouraged to apply.

Duties:
- You will be answering calls from prospective customers needing help with an animal related problem using phone scripts
- You will provide them with information and then book them in for an inspection with a wildlife technician
- You will be using a CRM to coordinate with customers and technicians and using email.
- You will be creating and submitting job estimates to customers based on inspection information acquired by field wildlife specialists
- You will be monitoring the weekly and monthly calendar keeping track of jobs, payments & technicians. Customer Follow up, booking jobs, invoicing, handling customer payments, and being the “Go-To Person” for the techs and customers that keeps the machine running and growing.
- You will also be handling our marketing and advertising.
