Line Cooks - Gerstle's Clearwater Beach is looking for experienced Line Cooks. You will be working with our amazing team to build on what already is a great concept of house made bar food and signature items. This is a scratch kitchen, so bring your creative menu ideas with you. Your ideas, input and suggestions will always be welcome here. Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
