North American Fleet Lead, E-mobility

As the North American Fleet Lead, you will be the driving force behind electric transportation adoption in the region. We need a seasoned pro like you with a deep dive into the fleet industry. We're on the lookout for someone who's aced managing large, electrified fleet programs and sites, with a knack for understanding DC charging systems inside out. This role is remote, but the ideal candidate will reside in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.

Your responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive account plans, including comprehensive fleet strategies, executive relationship strategies, coverage plans, and recovery plans for potential order shortfalls, while thriving in a cross-functional structure alongside our engineering, program, service, and other critical ABB E-Mobility teams.
- Establish and nurture account relationships, acting as a focal point for problem resolution, monitoring customer claims, and conducting negotiations.
- Drive team members to define and propose sales targets, ensuring structured follow-up processes and achievement of growth margins.
- Stay ahead of competitors' activities by formulating response strategies and creating added value through coordinated sales approaches like frame agreements, all while efficiently coordinating with internal and external resources to provide value-added services to accounts.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree with five plus years of relevant experience (Associate’s degree with seven years of experience) in direct interaction with senior customer management.
- Proven track record of understanding technical specs of customer vehicle, site, and charging requirements and familiarity with EV and related systems and services.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer-centricity, exemplary leadership and management skills fostering collaboration and accountability, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving, all driving sustainable results and progress in alignment with company values.
- Target Salary Range: 160,000-175,000 annual +15 % bonus
- Work Authorization: Candidates must have existing work authorization for employment with ABB in the U.S.
