**Role Overview:**
As a Lead/Senior Technician at Elite Tech Install, you will spearhead our team in delivering exceptional fleet tracking and driver safety equipment installations. Your role extends beyond the typical installation duties, entrusting you with the responsibility of training new technicians, developing training materials, and creating customized installation documents for specific client requirements. This position not only demands technical prowess but also leadership and instructional skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and perform high-quality installations of telematics systems and dashcams in fleet and commercial vehicles.
- Train and mentor new technicians, ensuring they adhere to company standards and procedures.
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation.
- Create client-specific installation guides and protocols.
- Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment both onsite and in the shop.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest installation techniques and technologies.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in GPS/AVL and Dashcam Installations.
- Proficiency in 12V electrical wiring and VDC technologies.
- Ability to identify wire colors and establish precise wiring connections.
- Skilled in using a multimeter and essential installation tools.
- Proficient with smartphone usage and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets).
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
- Physical fitness to lift up to 50 LBS and adapt to diverse weather conditions.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Salary range: 1099 Role, potential to make over $100k, with potential for higher earnings based on production levels.
- Partial health reimbursement.
- Per diem for hotel and travel expenses.
- Vehicle reimbursement including a mileage component or fuel card/reimbursement.
- Job type: Full-Time, Salary.
**Work Location:** Predominantly on the road.
