Front Desk Agent
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, guest-oriented, hotel professional to join our team! As a key person of interaction with guests, the Front Desk Agents are the face of the hotel and are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction. This posting is for serious contenders only.
Requirements
- Full/Part-Time positions looking for 11pm -7am shift for WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS. Including holidays.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must have excellent customer service.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, weekdays, weekends and some holidays.
- Must be able to use computers, common office equipment, answer multi-line phone system
- Must be will to work within a team.
- Minimum of high school diploma or a GED
- Must be able to stay attentive and willing to work throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Checking In/ Out guests, taking reservations, answering calls, process payments, and more with excellent customer service.
- Stocking and preparing hotel continental breakfast.
- Responding promptly to guest's questions and concerns.
- Thorough knowledge of all in-house amenities along with local information to assist guests are required.
- Daily Shift Duties and Responsibilities.
