| Creating spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets) and generate reports, as requested by ADOR project leadership Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the ADOR project management leaders using PROCORE Creating and maintaining a project management calendar for fulfilling key milestones and objectives Documenting and elevating project risks to ADOR project leadership a timely manner Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings (e.g., Google Slides presentations) Providing administrative support as needed Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.

Experience Required
| Minimum 3 years as a Building Construction Project Coordinator or Manager on industrial, commercial, or administration building projects. Experience must be on construction or significant tenant improvement (TI) projects. Two (2) years experience participating in construction site inspections/walkthroughs (safety, quality, adherence to schedule, etc.) and sharing results with stakeholders

Experience Preferred
| 5 plus years as a Building Construction Project Manager or Coordinator on industrial, commercial, or administration building projects. Three (3) plus years experience conducting construction site inspections/walkthroughs (safety, quality, adherence to schedule, etc.) and reporting results to leadership
Education Required
| Bachelor's (B.S./B.A) degree from an accredited university or college. If the candidate does not meet this minimum qualification, he/she will not be considered.
Education Preferred
| Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design/Architecture, Engineering or related field from an accredited university/college. Generally recognized construction safety certifications - OSHA 30, Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST), CSP, etc.
