About the Position:This is an office-based position. Remote work is not an option.
- Coordinate and conduct rollover meetings for awarded Commercial Construction Projects including repairs, tenant improvements, and ground up construction.
- Arrange and participate in ongoing client meetings for Construction Projects, whether virtual or in-person; develop agendas, record minutes, and distribute accordingly.
- Input client agreements, project details, and budgets for awarded projects into accounting software (Foundation); generate client change orders as necessary throughout the project, ensure all agreements are executed and saved electronically.
- File preliminary lien notices and amend as needed throughout the project.
- Generate and input vendor/subcontractor agreements and change orders into accounting software (Foundation); guarantee the electronic execution and storage of all agreements.
- Monitor and input vendor invoices into Foundation for Project Manager approval, and communicate timely with vendors about errors and omissions.
- Prepare client invoices, progress billings, and AIAs, communicate to the client along with necessary project waivers.
- Communicate regularly with vendors and clients regarding project status.
- Compile close-out packets and job binders.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate electronic job files.
- Provide minimal accounting support, distribute vendor payments and electronically save waivers.
- Coordinate ordering plans and miscellaneous materials for Construction Projects.
- Manage and update Request for Information (RFI) logs, Submittal processing and logs.

Hours:Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm
Friday 8am - 4pm
Basic Qualifications:- Over 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in Commercial General Construction.
- Exceptionally organized with strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Sway Reports, OneDrive). Foundation experience strongly preferred.
