Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent Customer Service is consistently delivered
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in Customer Service or related field preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
