Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots required client software and hardware, whether onsite or remotely. Provides essential and excellent user support,
assisting teachers, students, and staff with technical problems.
SALARY:
$18.48-$37.63 per hour, plus full-time benefits per RHEA, Coalition Unit, Administrative Support Professionals Chapter
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST currently hold the Civil Service title of Network Technician, OR be reachable for appointment from the current list. Must have experience with installing
and troubleshooting: networked computers, printers and other computer peripherals; Microsoft Windows 10 and higher; and a variety of software packages.
Prefer experience with OS and software deployment. Customer service focus and experience is essential.
