SAIC is seeking a Network Systems Integration Manager on the Horizon Program to support the United States Space Force's Program Executive Office for Space Domain Aware and Combat Power portfolio in Vandenberg SFB, CA. Duties will include:
- Ensuring that the systems are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with the program management and product line teams to develop high level control system requirements and communicate those requirements to the responsible controls engineers
- Conduct independent comprehensive assessments of the management, operational, and technical security controls and control enhancements employed within or inherited by an information technology system to determine the overall effectiveness of the controls (as defined in NIST 800-37)
- Install, maintain and support Windows and Linux network environments to include: File Servers, VMWare Virtual Servers, Cisco Switches, Routers and Firewalls
- Support onsite user-base with technical assistance during test events
- Demonstrate the ability to trace network and system issues back to their source, and to remediate issues without continuous supervision
- Responsible for making network product recommendations, designing network solutions to meet Customer needs and configuring network products to meet requirements
- Work closely with the Cybersecurity team to ensure networks are hardened to meet regulatory, instructional and JSIG/STIG requirements
- Ensures routine preventative maintenance and license compliance is performed
Qualifications
This is you:
- Bachelors Degree and 9 years of relevant experience with (4 additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degree):
- Working closely with government clients to support Special Access Programs, collateral, Sensitive Compartmented information, as well as Video Teleconferencing, and secure communications
- Testing analyzing, evaluating, validating, and verifying systems, identifying areas requiring urgent mitigation up front and early to develop systems with advanced technology solutions
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining hardware and software systems
- In-scope security background investigation (T5 or SSBI), adjudicated for SCI eligibility and enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program (if applicable)
- Willing to be nominated for access to Sensitive Compartment Information and Special Access Programs and willing to consent to a Polygraph examination

Target salary range: $150,001 - $175,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
