Cup 4 Cup is an innovative line of Gluten Free food products. Founded by Chef Thomas Keller, our product line continues to grow and is changing lives.
The Cup4Cup Sales and Chargeback Specialist is responsible for the daily processing of all sales invoices, calculate monthly commissions payments, maintain monthly retailer chargeback reports, and communicate with sales team to investigate unnecessary retailer received chargebacks. The Sales & Chargeback Specialist is additionally responsible for, but not limited to, disputing all retailer received chargebacks, tracking refunded chargeback disputes, and following aging accounts receivables.
Successful applicants will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and consicely. with strong functional knowledge Microsoft Office suite such as excel, power point and word. Experience working with ERP. Two years of relevant work experience and the ability to work as part of a small closely knit team is essential. College degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
