Responsibilities:
1. Process Optimization: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of high-quality printed circuit boards, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
2. Design Collaboration: Work closely with design engineers to provide manufacturing input during the product development phase, optimizing designs for manufacturability.
3. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure PCBs meet industry standards and customer specifications.
4. Material Selection: Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and evaluate suitable materials for PCB manufacturing, considering both performance and cost.
5. Equipment Management: Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to safety standards.
6. Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and increased efficiency, implementing changes as needed.
8. Collaboration with Production Teams: Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, ensuring smooth production workflows.
9. Training and Development: Provide training to production personnel on new processes, equipment, and quality control measures.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: Proven experience in PCB manufacturing, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, experience with PCB design tools, and a solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address manufacturing challenges and implement effective solutions.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
