- Design and collaborate in Network Architecture.
- Manage and maintain Aruba, Cisco, and Palo Alo Network equipment.
- Design and implement large network and cross-functional projects during and after business hours to include weekends
- Secure, recommend, and implement security best-practices for networking.
- Administer Network Monitoring solutions.
- Work with ISP and other vendors to establish and support network connectivity across North America for 200+ sites.
- Operate as a Subject Matter Expert and escalation point for the Service Desk and other IT teams.
- Contribute to incident management, root cause analysis, problem management, and other ITIL functions as it relates to the network environment.
- Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in an IT, CS, or MIS field.
- 3-5 Years of Network Engineer experience, including LAN, WAN, Cloud networking, in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with NextGen Firewall, preferably with Palo Alto Networks.
- Advanced troubleshooting using the OSI model, including IPsec, VPN technologies, Routing & Switching.
- Wireless experience with Meraki, Aruba Networks, and Ubiquiti solutions.
- Telephony experience preferred with Zoom, Teams, or other hosted Unified Collaboration platform.
- Basic Windows Administration for workstations and servers.
- Relative certifications are preferred, but not required.
- Ability to be on call and work off-hours as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Demonstrated problem solving and customer service skills.
