Network Engineer

Job Summary:
Join the growing team at IP Pathways as we continue to expand! We're looking for a Network Engineer to provide advanced technical support and guide our customers through complex network solutions. In this role, you'll work directly with IT professionals from our customer base, focusing on networking, routing, and firewall administration. The right candidate will not only have strong technical skills but also excel in communication and customer service. This position offers a clear path for growth, with opportunities to advance to a Senior Network Engineer role, especially within our data center operations. Common Responsibilities:

• Uphold a high degree of customer satisfaction.

• Pursue continual improvement in all undertakings.
• Perform remote and onsite support and some implementation for customer environments.
• Deliver technical support to customers, being part of an on-call rotation.
• Perform other duties as necessitated.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree or relevant certifications (such as CCNA) preferred, albeit not mandatory.
• 3 - 5 years' experience in supporting or deploying tech solutions.
• Familiarity with the following technologies is favored:

• Wireless: Aruba and Meraki.

• Switching and Routing: Cisco, Arista, Aruba, Meraki.
• Firewalls: Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, FortiGate.
• Load Balancers: Kemp, F5, Peplink.
• Protocols: OSPF, BGP, Fibre Channel Zoning.
• Phone Systems: Cisco.

• Network Security and Access Control: Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass.

• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional multitasking prowess maintaining quality.
• Team-oriented disposition.
