Form of work Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Configure and support network and security products.
- Manage and maintain all Network devices configurations.
- Suggest network upgrades and hardware reconfigurations to avoid repetitive issues.
- Provide technical support and help reduce issues by providing long term fix.
- Assist with network study, traffic analysis and the preparation of forecast reports.
- Recommend modification to the network configurations which will help reduce costs and add value to the customer.
- Provide expert-level hands on network infrastructure support for the enterprise-wide data communications network.
Mandatory Knowledge Area:-
- Cisco Routing Protocols BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, basics of MPLS, VRF, MPBGP, Multicast.
- Cisco Switching STP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP, Modular Switch Hardware, VLAN, Trunk, Port-channel, Loop Prevention techniques, IOS Upgrades
- Cisco Nexus Switches vPC, VDC, M card, F card, upgrades
- Cisco Wireless and Cisco Prime General Management and troubleshooting of Wireless devices and basic knowledge on operating Prime
- Checkpoint Gaia MDS,URL Filtering/Application, Https Inspection, Policy, Traffic Analysis, Smart Monitor, Alerting
- Cisco ASA Firewall VPN, IPSEC, ACL Filtration, NAT
