The responsibility of the Network Community Manager is responsible to keep the occupancy rate of the property at or about 97%; treats everyone as an honored guest; deals with resident requests and complaints promptly and follows through to see that the property needs are met. This position is the primary contact for all resident and property related questions.
This position's primary responsibility is to rent apartments. We are looking for a person who is driven to close a sale! Someone who enjoys to spent time with a prospective resident to find them thier home at TLC!
Required: High School diploma and some Property Management or Sales experience.
Preferred: Bachelor in Business Management/Marketing or equivalent

- Greet prospects and current residents in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Respond to telephone inquiries in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments with prospective residents.
- Provide tours which include showing apartments and amenity areas of the properties.
- Attempt to close the sale by getting all prospective clients to sign a lease.
- Handle a variety of resident issues, deescalate any issues at the lowest level possible. If required, notify leadership of any escalated issues.
- Responsible to walk property to ensure the aesthetic upkeep of the community is being held to TLC standards. Report any deficiencies to the Facilities Manager.
- Responsible to conduct quarterly inspections of apartments and handle any issues in accordance with TLC Standards of Procedure (SoP) and the lease.
- Create, moderate, and prepare community/property events.
- Responsible to negotiate rent renewals to ensure profitability and resident retention.
- Knowledge and understanding of pre-move out and move out inspections to assist Assistant General Manager or Property Administrator when needed.
- Responsible to track and deliver packages when delivered to office, as needed.
- Ensure all residents are insured through reporting and contacting appropriate residents if discrepancy is discovered.
- Work with other property staff and leadership to ensure that all property activities are conducted in compliance with all local, state, and federal employment, housing, safety, landlord /tenant, and real estate laws.
