Job Summary:
Join our vibrant team as a Marketing Coordinator, where you'll be instrumental in propelling our brand's expansion and fostering community involvement. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at amplifying our brand presence and driving engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Craft compelling blogs and press releases to spotlight our offerings and achievements.
· Maintain our website, ensuring up-to-date pricing, captivating visuals, and user-friendly navigation.
· Lead community marketing efforts, including managing budgets, nurturing vendor relationships, and organizing impactful events.
· Utilize your expertise in branding, advertising, and social media to drive marketing initiatives and oversee direct mail and social media campaigns.
· Deliver highly effective social media campaigns for the company and its communities that drive brand awareness and traffic to sales centers
· Coordinate welcome center operations, overseeing everything from fabrication to merchandising to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
· Conduct market research to inform strategic plans for new communities and products, collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams.
· Produce engaging podcasts under our brand umbrella and identify opportunities for cost-effective PR.
· Analyze sales data alongside Sales and Customer Experience leads to optimize campaigns and explore innovative technologies to enhance the homebuying journey.
· Oversee signage strategy and coordinate grand openings and promotional events with meticulous attention to detail.
Job Specification:
· Marketing Degree or 4+ years’ experience in a similar role within the residential home building industry.
· Proficiency in Canva with advanced graphic design expertise
· Proficiency in WordPress will be crucial for various tasks.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
· Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing is a must.
· Excellent written communication, presentation skills and a strong attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships.
· Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
