Network Administrator

Job Description:
Role Summary:
The Network Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and administering TTI Floor Care's network infrastructure. This role will have the ability to extend across all infrastructure. The position will require the ability to collaborate with other departments and TTI business units.
The ideal candidate will have a broad skillset in networking technologies, and demonstrate proficiencies with switching and routing, wireless, remote access, LAN/WAN, and Cloud technologies. The Network Administrator must be detail oriented and possess excellent problem-solving capabilities. The Network Administrator will report to the Manager of Infrastructure.
Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide support for enterprise network systems including but not limited to:
  • Fortinet, Juniper, and Cisco, network equipment
  • Cisco and Ubiquiti wireless infrastructure
  • SD-WAN Administration
• Configure and deploy hardware locally and remotely.
• Plan for new initiatives and expand the existing network infrastructure.
• Create and maintain network documentation.
• Provide support and resolution for network, cloud, and other systems issues.
• Primary point of contact for carrier and NOC communications.
• Some travel is required to assist and support projects at TTI locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be a self-starter and manage own projects and tasks in DevOps.
• 5 years of experience with enterprise network infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience with competencies in TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DNS, QoS, and LAN/WAN
• 2 years of experience with SD-WAN solutions
• Must possess experience with Firewalls, remote access, VPNs, network access control and role management.
• Hands on experience with Fortinet, Juniper, or Cisco hardware.
• Experience with Ubiquiti or Cisco wireless hardware.
• Sound understanding of RADIUS and/or TACACS.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS)
• Fortinet or Cisco certifications are a plus.
• ZTNA experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
