Network administrators need solid technical skills and experience with a variety of network protocols, software, and hardware involved in LAN and WAN operations.

The position requires strong troubleshooting, analytic and diagnostic skills, along with good communication abilities.In addition, the Government may require Candidates to be on call 24/7 in case of network failures or emergencies.
Typical duties include:
● Administering the operation of all LAN/WAN-related network services according to Government policies and procedures
Coordinating and implementing network software and hardware upgrades
● Troubleshooting and resolving LAN/WAN performance, connectivity and related network problems
● Administering LAN/WAN security, antivirus, and spam control measures

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Security clearance:

• Secret (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Fort Liberty, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
