In this role you will be exposed to a broad range of Azure/AWS/SaaS challenges both for internal IT Infrastructure solutions as well as client deliverable web services. You will work with a dedicated, high velocity, hardworking, results-driven team who can collaborate and share ideas to give you the opportunity to own challenges and continuously deliver using the ever-evolving cloud-based solutions. As a member of the IT Service Operations team, you will be expected to resolve escalated incidents and requests in support of lower IT tiers as well as perform proactive and tasks as designated. Also be able to take on long term and project work in support of your own task or to aid higher teams.

Job Requirements:

• Administer and monitor Microsoft Azure based solutions including, but not limited to: Web Apps, Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Storage Accounts, Network Security Group.

• Administer and monitor Microsoft M365 based solutions including, but not limited to: SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, Defender, Licensing, role assignments, Users/group/policy creation and administration.

• Administer and monitor Windows Server including: Active Directory, DNS, DFS, and IIS.

• Understand that you may also need to perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 type tasks in situations where access to specific environments is restricted and the normal Tier 1 & Tier 2 teams have been denied access.

• Work and communicate effectively with a global team, showing excellent internal customer service skills.

• Be involved in incident and problem resolution including security incidents (rare).

• Being able to perform high level troubleshooting for both documented and non-documented tasks is essential.

• Create and modify professional documentation using Atlassian Confluence.

• Be flexible for working with other time zones, during incident resolution, or for solution deployment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Work experience in administering SharePoint Online, M365 and Exchange Online.

• Experience with Directory services, DNS, DFS, both Azure and AUDC.

• Azure data administration.

• Virtual machine management (Azure and AWS).

• Windows Desktop and Apple MAC management.

• Basic PowerShell and scripting knowledge.

• Technical Documentation Experience.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and being able to adapt to changing requirements.

• Ability to deliver on multiple tasks/initiatives concurrently, estimate delivery timeframes, and then meet those timeframe expectations.

• Excellent written and verbal English language skills and personal organizational skills.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Meraki and Cisco network equipment experience, including network troubleshooting.

• AWS experience and/or certifications.

• Linux experience (CentOS/Ubuntu/Rocky) along with Linux hosted applications. 

• Experience with Intune.

• Being able to use and update documentation in support of recurring maintenance tasks.

• Be comfortable working solo as well as in small groups online.
