What you will do:
Ashly Audio is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team. This role is critical to driving the growth and success of our pro audio products across the nation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pro audio industry, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion for Ashly Audio's pro audio products.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales professionals to ensure they meet and exceed their individual and team sales goals.
- Identify and establish relationships with key accounts, dealers, and distributors across the nation to build brand loyalty and increase market share.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to stay current on product offerings, market trends, and customer feedback, providing insights for product improvement and development.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and continually optimize the sales strategy.
- Represent Ashly Audio at industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Travel 2-3 weeks per month as needed to support the sales team and meet with clients.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in pro audio product sales.
- Strong knowledge of the pro audio industry, including competitors, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a sales team to achieve targets and maintain high levels of performance.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing the best audio solutions to clients.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business, including attendance at industry events.
