Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Department: PCM – US Sales
Reports To: Managing Partner
SUMMARY:
Importer of Quality and Sustainable Plastic Food Storage Containers seeks experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to further develop our current and possibly expanding line of Food Service Products.
While working with current management, individuals will help generate Sales and develop relationships with Food Processors, Food Service, Grocery and Wholesale Janitorial accounts. Additionally, serve to develop a business plan to place inventory in the US market and identify a round product offering to further grow the business model.
Develop information and updating of web site material to enhance tools for customer and architectural community. Develop and enhance printed matter catalogs and online marketing representation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following:
Develop new Sales and Marketing channels for Public and Independent Food Service, Food Processors, Grocery and Janitorial accounts.
Working with food service market, develop and manage Independent Food Service Brokers
Process market mailing and product promotion through internet e-mail portal
Assist and coordinate development of all commercial market materials.
Establishing and maintaining corporate advertising budgets
Establish a plan to establish an inventory position with focus on specific products and expand to other products not currently available to expand the business opportunities.
Through staff coordinate all trade show activities Through field visits, provide information and data base of knowledge from customers, architects, end users and the like to define requirements and needs that can be established to assist with marketing materials and services.
Maintains proper and positive communication with customers and follows up on pending issues.
Builds and maintains distributor relationships.
Identify and implement processes and procedures for the processing of inventoried items for sales in the market both from a warehouse and e-commerce.
Advises upper management on product development issues arising from product problems identified through technical support calls with customers.
Maintains proper communication with clients and follows up on any pending issues.
Maintaining of all Independent representative communication and administrative files for Performance Container Manufacturers, Inc
Performs other duties as assigned and needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; five (5) years plus of related experience in the food service and food container manufacturing segment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and schedule form.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proficient with all Microsoft Office Programs, Access, Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Effectively and efficiently carry out all aspects of the leadership such as, Time Management, Communication, training, empowerment, Motivation and recognition. Ability to concentrate and focus for extended periods of time. The ability to work with detail.

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is sitting. Using hands, fingers and arms; to properly enter information into the database. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

SALARY
Based Salary of $ 5,500 per month as a Contract Employee with Bonus Opportunity depending on Profit and Loss of the Enterprise
Travel Budget - $ 30,000 per year
SCHEDULE
Flexible Hours with paid time off
PTO – 80 hours per year
