Job Description:
As a Senior Living Advisor, you will take inbound calls, do follow-ups, pre-screened leads, and help guide families from initial consultation to touring facilities, and ultimately moving into a senior living community. Your role essentially is to act as the liaison between families in need and the senior housing communities or care providers. You will also call benchmarks, schedule tours at communities, and convert leads into move-ins resulting in the achievement of a monthly quota.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years’ experience in consultative sales or a relationship-based selling / The same field for senior living
- Experience with hitting daily/weekly/monthly quotas, regarding sales
- Basic computer proficiency (will be asked to take a test)
- Experience with a high volume of inbound/outbound calls (At least 30 calls a day)
