Position Overview

• The Service Operations Manager position is located in US-Orlando, FL.
• Relocation will not be offered for this role.

Responsibilities:

• This role would report to the Head of NA Operations, but support all of NA Operations on several operational administrative support tasks to include:
• Developing SharePoint and Updating Share Points Sites.
• Develop office-based initiatives to improve our employee engagement survey for Orlando based employees.
• Supporting the NA leadership team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
• Support the training center with their new hire orientation program.
• Lead setting up leadership and other type events throughout the year to support NA Ops strategy.
• Support in several various ad hoc requests based upon business needs.
• Be able to present/train in front of others on key administrative and other topics.
• This role is office based with an expectation of 5 days a week in the office.
• The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task take limited direction and perform tasks on their own.
• Travel involved upto 10%.

Required Knowledge/ Skills, Education, and Experience

• High School Diploma along with 2 years of experience in admin position.
• Technical support providing solutions for not found, absent and incorrect documentation
• Distribution tools (SharePoint, Fluix and SEFE) operation and support Seal path encryption and distribution
• Continuous improvement of documentation distribution, usage and control.
• Realizes the functional concept of solutions in a project by technical detailed solutions.
• Help documentation team for creating draft documents by providing technical/quality/safety inputs
• Should be extremely organized with respect to documentation and should be able to access the same asap.

Preferred Knowledge/ Skills, Education, and Experience

• Diploma with on experience as a Technical Writer and Handling Documentation development.
• Requires great verbal and written communication skills, customer service driven, professional and positive attitude all the time
• Required bilingual English ( Mandatory )
